Advanced Wars: Days of Ruin Review
Advance Wars: Days of Ruin is the fourth game in the Advance Wars series of video games, preceded by Advance Wars: Dual Strike, Advance Wars 2: Black Hole Rising, and Advance Wars, The story in a nutshell is a meteor has struck us and has wiped out almost everything and everyone. You follow will who was buried in the mess hell at the miltary training facility and you are found by a group called the 12th battallion rubinelle armed forces (wolf pack). they take you in andfrom there you are going to look for survivors and such. I wont give away too much more story plot but thats the basic intro for it. So im about 2 or 3 hours into this game and I cant put it down at all. Im not a huge strategy fan but this game is so simple and easy to learn that its actually fun. As far as I know there arnt any items or such you use the stylus for. but I still got more to go and tonight ill play sme online so if you got the game give me a shout out ill check on here before I get online and well try to get together. But this is a must buy for fans and newcomers alike. The cutscenes are that of a atlus game where you have characters on either side of the screen and they light up when talking. The cutscenes dont seem to extend very long so there is not too much reading of text but heres to hoping we can upgrade t voice acting in the future for DS games. Speaking of characters the character designs as well are very cool. There typical of any war-time anime that you can watch now. These remind me of gundam esque characters with the uniforms and the haircuts. The graphics are detailed enough that you dont confuse a tank from a artillary tank or a infantry from a mech. They each have a dfferent style to them and have different animations to seperate each one. The gameplay is as I said earlier very simple its highlight a unit move it on its grid and attack if you can, some units have a move or attack option you cant do both with all of them. There is also a limitation to the movement of vehicles hince the gas meter located in the info hud. I havnt had any probems with this as of yet but im assuming later on you might need to move a bigger distance or somethng, thus why its there. The music is good but most of the time im playing there is noise around me so I had the sound off but ts typical DS music nothing too fancy. So overall I will be giving this a 5/5 simply because of the shure enjoyment I have been having ith this game for the past two days. Go pick it up this wek if you can or at least get it soon to join n on the online fun as well as the story elements which are entertaining.

Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law - WII
Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law is a fully animated interactive adventure game that merges the fun and mayhem of the popular Adult Swim TV show with Capcom's unique style of gameplay.Players will step into the shiny wingtips of Harvey Birdman, a third-rate superhero turned third-rate defense attorney charged with exonerating parodied classic cartoon characters. This is a awesome game I thought. The biggest problem I had with this game is that it is 6 levels or cses for that matter and nothing else. Its set up just like Pheonix Wright witht he pont click adventure and you do the same tings for cases. But what makes this game fun is how funny it is. I of course am a fan of the show that was on [adult swim] so that makes the game more fun because al the characters are there. All except steven colbert to do Phil Sebben, all the other voice actors are the same. But it took me about 2 days to go through all six cases and me and the GF took turns playing through and solving the cases. We had a blast but for 40 dollars I would say wait till it hits around the 20 dollars price range unless you really like Pheonix wright or harvey birdman. 4/5 for this one cause I did enjoy all f the cases and didnt wanna stop playing.
Knights - Wii
The critically-acclaimed franchise that gave gamers the freedom to fly in a world of dreams is coming to the Wii! As a fantasy jester called NiGHTS, you will experience a heightened sense of gliding, spiraling, and looping through
seven extraordinary worlds of Nightopia where the ocean resides in the sky and glass-formed cliffs overlook a castle of mirrors. When the Nightmarens from the neighboring dark world of Nightmare infiltrate the idyllic Nightopia, NiGHTS must defend the dream world to keep it safe for all dreamers. NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams will take you in a voyage filled with courage, hope and inspiration. Ok so all I can say is that this game is similar to the one on the saturn and is just as crazy as before. While not the best game I would say get this if your a huge knights fan, shh I am. It is a very unique game and I would say you deff. need to use the classic controller to just play the game, it even tells you that. The motion control is inda tough and not as easy to use for this type of game so i dont know why they didnt just package in the classic controller and def. sell more copies. But if your a fan of the series you wont be too disappointed cause its very similar and the music is really good as well. 4/5 from me but thats because I liked Knights from before.

Kingdom Under Fire: COD
Kingdom Under Fire: Circle of Doom is an Action RPG game based on the universe of Kingdom Under Fire series. Where as the previous Kingdom Under Fire series were Action RTS titles that recreated realistic fantasy battlefields of massive scale, Circle of Doom focuses on the development of one character with easy-to-learn game system and control mechanics. The words "Action" and "RPG" may sound familiar to many gamers, but Circle of Doom is filled with never-before-imagined innovation and fresh ideas. Players will explore randomly generated vast dungeons and face off monsters swarming the screen in thousands and attacking from all directions along the floors, walls, and ceilings of the dungeons. This isnt a fun game by yourself. If you play by yourself its gonna be a 1/5 for a score. But Co-op its about a 3 or 4 outta 5. Cause it was fun playing with other people and ill be playing with the developers when they get on this coming weekend. So rent this title cause its nothing like the other KUF series.

No More Heroes - Review
The story revolves around Travis Touchdown, a stereotypical otaku who lives in poverty in the fictional town of Santa Destroy, California. After winning a beam katana in an internet auction he becomes a hitman and kills another hitman, Helter Skelter, which earns him rank 11 by the UAA, the governing body of assassins. For the rest of the game the player lives Travis's life, earning money and climbing the ranks of the UAA.
Unlike Killer7, the player will control the character Travis Touchdown only. The game will have a free roaming world, allowing Travis to move around on foot or on his motorcycle—the "Schpel Tiger". Game play is open-ended, with the concession that the player must kill the top ten assassins for the storyline to progress. There will exist numerous part time job side quests to earn money and gain additional weapons. The player will also level up through experience points, but the exact details have not been revealed.
Control will be handled through the Wii Remote and Nunchuk attachment, with the Remote controlling the katana beam and the Nunchuk moving Travis. Most attacks will be performed using the "A" button, with certain other moves, including finishing strikes and sword lock breaks, being executed by following on-screen instructions. Further, since the sword runs on batteries, the player will have to shake the remote from time to time to recharge it. While the sword will not follow the exact position of the remote, it will be able to distinguish between different height levels and the angle of attacks. Successful execution of these moves will provide additional chances for attacks. Travis has also been shown demonstrating professional wrestling maneuvers to subdue opponents, including an array of suplexes, done by manipulating both the Wii Remote and Nunchuck.
Best wii game since SMG. I love this game and I loved Killer 7 which was the last game that was released from them. I give this a 5/5 and def. saypick this up in Feb. when it hits the streets. Its so quirky and fun with the many different things you can do and such. I wont give anything away as far as some other cool stuff but YOU NEED TO PLAY THIS GAME.

Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity - WII
The fan-favorite Sonic Riders series returns with a whole new form of chaotic racing by manipulating gravity itself! These gravity-altering powers can transform walls into tracks, or create a "black hole" that sucks you through for the ultimate speed boost, and allows for an entirely new way to gain a leg up on your competitors. From illuminated highways in a bustling metropolis to the outer reaches of space, you will race at the speed of light on 16 dynamic courses. Sixty different vehicles allow you to grind rails and pull off daring tricks on futuristic tracks, including solar loop-de-loops, height-defying vertical drops and tons of other edge-of-your-seat moves. As Sonic or one of 18 colorful characters, you will compete with up to three friends at heart-stopping speeds in three exciting multiplayer modes. With all the action, speed, and addictive gameplay that only Sonic can deliver, Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity is set for hyper-drive! So this is pretty much the same as the last game that came out for the PS2. Its just set for the WII now with the controls and such. The controls are easy because you can just do the D-Pad to steer and such instead of motion control, which made it a little better to get through. But the game lacks that fun feeling I had with the first title. So im going to have to give this a 2/5 for being lame and not having much fun playing it. Plus it had the most confusing tutorial I had ever played through. You have to exit the game to go back to the menu to continue on? STUPID!!!!

Nitrobikes.....
Players navigate rocket-propelled motorcycles in this arcade-style game, and can choose to race against the clock or against worthy opponents in Nitrobike's exciting multiplayer game mode and unique online mode. This is a fun game if you are done with all the other wii titles from xmas and need something to do until no more heroes comes out in february. It has the controls of excite truck so if you like that game then this is right up your alley. So I would say bargain bin this game unless you got some extra gift cards someplace. So im going to give it a 2/5.

Samurai Warriors: Katana - WII
Using an exhilarating first-person perspective,Samurai Warriors: Katana is based on the hugely popular Samurai Warriors series and delivers total arcade-style action right into your own home. Armed with your motion-sensitive Wii Remote, you'll journey back in time to do battle as a lethal samurai warrior serve as your guide. Prevent pirates from invading your ships, rescue maidens from a burning castle, and explore mysterious caverns stalked by ninjas. Many more challenging missions require quick reflexes, fast thinking, and Precision marksmanship. Def. not one that is a must buy but it takes a new twist on the samurai warriors series. But the lack of fun gameplay and visuals makes this title below mediocre. I dont think this is a game you should pick up unless your a die hard samurai warriors fan. You can see videos and reviews elsewhere and they feel the same. A 1 is all I can give to this game just because it gave me 10 min of fun and then I got bored
